Tok Sen
Ancestral know-how for your well-being.
Tok Sen is a heritage of the Taï Yong people, who live in Lampang province in northern Thailand.
The Taï Yong people have a long tradition of woodworking and traditional medicine. Tok Sen emerged from the crossroads of these two areas of expertise.
“Tok” means “to strike/tap” and “Sen” refers to energy lines.
Tok Sen is played with a wooden mallet “Lim” and a wooden wedge “Khon”. It transmits vibrations that free the body and circulate vital energy. It’s very gentle and painless.
I use Tok Sen to complement the massages I offer. The vibrations it produces travel along fascia, muscles and tendons, releasing even the deepest tensions. The effect is not only liberating, but also relaxing and stimulating.
Tok Sen (coming soon)
Inherited from Northern Thailand, Tok Sen uses vibrations transmitted by a mallet and a wooden wedge along energy lines. Gentle and painless, it aims to release deep-seated tensions and stimulate energy circulation.
