A strong link between traditional Thai massage and Chi Nei Tsang.
Two complementary practices at your service
.
Traditional Thai massage and Chi Nei Tsang have their origins in the great healing traditions of Asia.
In both approaches, the body is seen as crossed by energy lines. These lines circulate vital energy throughout the body, keeping it healthy.
Traditional Thai massage and Chi Nei Tsang are two branches of the same tree. One works on the whole body, while the other goes to the heart of the vital and emotional center (the belly).
Whether practiced separately or together, they all have the same goal: to harmonize body, energy and mind.

What is energy in Asian culture?
It’s not just a notion, it’s a tangible reality.
This is the DNA of traditional Thai massage and Chi Nei Tsang.
In Thai massage, 4 main elements structure the practice and correspond to a global vision of the human body and energy.
These are :
- The Earth: structure, muscles, bones, tendons …
- Water: body fluids, blood …
- Fire: metabolism, temperature, inflammation…
- Wind: nervous system, air, movement…
There is only one space for the circulation of Water, Fire and Wind. This single space is the Earth (the human body). If the Earth is blocked, space is lost. Water, Fire and Wind have difficulty circulating, or even stagnate. And the Earth gets sick.
When we talk about energy circulation, we’re talking about the circulation of the elements Water, Fire and Wind through the human body (Earth element). Fluid energy flow contributes to better health and optimal body function.
In Asian culture, vital energy is known by different names in different countries. It’s called “Ki” in Japan, “Prana” in India, “Qi / Chi” in China, “Lom” in Thailand.
