About us

Wellness massage practitioner.

In Thailand, massage is learned either through family inheritance, transmission from master to pupil, or apprenticeship in training centers.

But many massage masters say that you only really start to learn once you’ve understood that you have to work on yourself. Work on yourself before working on others.

Because of my sporting and professional background, I’ve been putting my body to the test for many years. I learned to know it, to feel it, to respect it and to repair it in a self-taught way. Health and well-being gradually became my priorities.

One day I realized that this feeling I had developed over the years could be put to good use in bringing well-being to others.

So I decided to train myself to develop this skill. After experimenting with different approaches, I naturally chose Thai Massage and Chi Nei Tsang.

My background and training

I first trained at the Jaïdee massage school in Paris with No and Yong, experts in Thai massage and Chi Nei Tsang. They impressed me with their efficiency and kindness. This is where my training really began, and where I laid the foundations for my current practice.

I then went to Thailand where I had the opportunity to receive a 2H30 massage from Joe Khumlee, who is a renowned master in the Chiang Mai region. It was a unique experience, and after the treatment I received from her I was filled with new energy. So I decided to follow his teaching.

Then, still in Thailand, I followed a training course at the ITM in Chiang Mai, until I obtained my diploma as a practitioner of Traditional Thai Massage (Nuad Boran).

I continue to train at the Jaïdee school in Paris, and with Joe Khumlee in Thailand.

My approach

Trained in traditional Thai massage and Chi Nei Tsang in Thailand and France, I draw on my perception of tensions and blockages. I adapt in real time to what I feel under my hands.

Relaxing the body through massage not only allows muscles to relax, it also releases emotions, breathing, movement and energy.

My aim is above all well-being, I listen to the person and I’m non-judgmental.

I work every day in Les Sables d’Olonne, with the possibility of travelling to your home on request.
